Sunday, August 17th 4-8pm at Green Valley- 1725 Poplars Rd. Weigelstown. Join us for a fun afternoon of good food, visiting with friends, cards and dominoes, children's games, swimming (if interested) and new this year..."Washers" competitions (if you like Horseshoes you will love Washers!!)Hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks are provided. 2nd Annual St. Rose Book Drive
2nd Annual St. Rose Book Drive in honor of Sister Mary Thomas. Sponsored by the Squires of St. Rose of Lima. Every weekend during the month of August the Squires will be stationed at the church entrances to collect your donations of new or good condition used books. The Squires will also be accepting financial donations. All money and books collected will be donated to the St. Rose of Lima school library in the name of Sister Mary Thomas in recognition of her life-long service to St. Rose of Lima School and Church. 100th Anniversary Keepsake Photos You can preserve the memories of St. Rose’s 100th Anniversary Kick-off Mass and Dinner celebration with photos of the events from the ElBe Photography studio. At the ElBe Web site you’ll find photos of Bishop Kevin Rhoades with our various student groups and church committees, as well as photos from the Mass that the bishop celebrated with us on Jan. 28.
