Go to Giantplus.com to designate St. Rose of Lima school - ID# 01210 - to earn money from your store purchases. Even if you did this last year, it needs to be re-registered. If you want to email e-mail the first three letters of your last name and your Bonuscard number to Rebeccajean@hughes.net, she will enter it for you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this program please contact the school at 792-0889.

Box Tops for Education

Buy your favorite products and support St. Rose of Lima School with Box Tops for Education! These 10 cent rectangles on marked packages can add up to big dollars. Last year, St. Rose collected over $1,200 from this program. You can drop Box Tops in a marked envelope in the collection basket at any mass. Sign up for free membership on their website at boxtops4education.com and gain special offers and coupons, while earning points for the school. Thanks for supporting this effort!

Celebrating Catholic Schools!
Join St. Rose of Lima School in Thomasville as we celebrate Catholic Schools the week of January 29 with the theme of "Faith, Academics and Service" - all aspects of our school which we wholeheartedly embrace. Come visit us and invite another family who may be interested in benefitting from all we have to offer. Arrangements can also be made to "Shadow a Student" for a day. Call the school office at 792-0889 to set up a visit.

Spaghetti Dinner - Feb. 4
Tickets are still available for the spaghetti dinner sponsored by the Religious Education Program. A delicious meal features pasta with meatballs and/or sausage, salad, bread, drink and dessert. Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 1-6. Contact Sr. Jane at 843-3043 with any questions.

Please become informed and take action to voice your opposition to the new mandate for all employers and individuals to buy health care coverage that includes "services" contrary to our Catholic beliefs. 300 Club
Last call for getting your chance to win! Tickets for the next 300 Club are available in the church office and at the SCRIP window following all masses. Tickets are $30 each and offer an opportunity to win gift cards over a 12 week period. Drawings begin on February 5th and each ticket holder is also invited to a dinner on April 21, 2012

Friendship Garden Bricks
Purchase a personalized brick for $50 and help build a foundation for this wonderful project at St. Rose of Lima School and support two Boy Scouts working to earn their Eagle Scout Award. Order forms are available in the bulletin or contact the Hartingers with any questions. Thank you for your support!

Gift Shop Items
The St. Rose Religious Articles Store is now open in the Baptistery, at the corner of Market and Richland Avenue. Come purchase medals, rosaries, books and other religious goods for your family or as gift after all masses.

New Parish Office Hours
Effective immediately, parish office hours are Monday 9:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am-1:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am-4:00pm, Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm, and Friday 9:00am-4:00pm.

Food Run
Thank you to all who made donations of supplies and time to help feed the hungry of York on January 29th. The community is most appreciative of your caring outreach.
